Diversity and Inclusion update, 2022-23 

We are not diversity experts, but we are experts in incorporating community goals and strategies into municipal operations. Along with Cranberry Township’s Diversity Focus Group, municipal staff, and community stakeholders, we collectively identified the qualities of a diverse community, and crafted goals for achieving greater diversity within community leadership and the community at large that could be implemented by the Township’s Inclusion, Diversity, Equity Advisory Team (IDEA).
