Comprehensive Planning
Planning is good but doing is better. Creating a plan for Neshannock Township was only the first step, with implementation being the most important component. The Plan acts as a guide for the community’s ongoing efforts for the coming years.
Strategic Solutions is proud to continue working with Neshannock to implement the strategies the Plan set forth. Important community-enhancing projects have been completed in partnership with the Township, including infrastructure upgrades, a new Township website, playground enhancements, the creation of an economic development advisory group, increased operational capacity, and many other important initiatives. Strategic Solutions has utilized grant funding opportunities and public and private partnerships to help Neshannock Township accomplish the goals and strategies set forth in the Plan.
Neshannock’s Comprehensive Plan has enabled the community to be more proactive, effective, and efficient stewards of public funds.
