Strategic Solutions® successfully completed Ferguson Township’s Strategic Management Planning Program and Five-Year Financial Plan (STMP) efforts. Coordinating with the Township and Pennsylvania’s Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED), we spearheaded the community’s management assessment and implementation plan. Through our partnership with Maher Duessel, we provided the Township with detailed financial analysis to assist the community in implementing operational and financial management best practices. To assist Ferguson Township, Strategic Solutions® provided 60 detailed recommendations to guide the Township forward. This project concluded in December 2024.
